Judgment and Forgiveness

How many times a day do we judge others and/or ourselves? Do we find ourselves always going back to past memories and re-living them over and over again, not letting them go? You know the kind of memories that I am referring to; the ones where we keep playing, over and over, the remembrances of what “so-and-so” said and/or did that hurt us. And they still hurt us as we keep repeating them in our mind. Isn't it time to forgive the person as well as yourself and let it go? Then there is no more judgment. If we keep rehearsing the old play-by-play, then we can't let go and it will continue. Even if we don't speak with that person anymore, there will always be another person to replace the last one. So, we have to learn our lesson sooner or later. Wouldn't it be easier on everybody to learn it sooner? 🙂 So, let go of the past hurts, forgive the other person or people involved, and let yourself off the hook too, and put an end to the endless circle of judgment that we have become trapped in. No one can hurt us unless we allow it!

Live Life; Love Life; and let go of the past so that we can enjoy our future!

Blessings to All!
