There are many waves of movement down our timeline. It breeds contempt when we shift too quickly past our heartaches and complaints and layers another guilt compress on top of the old “who did what to who” energy spiraling down it. So take heed and compliment yourself more than you do and exercise your right to linear clearing of times long past held in guilt frames of reference to the soul’s activities in the light. Refurbish your own desires along with your own skills of aptitude burnishing a light switch ever brighter for yourselves to hear. Then we can ultimately steer you clear of your animosity platelets into the light of tranfiguring your own requests to beam your own light resistance to the air surrounding you. Go for it! Be complacent no further on your timeline energies of guilt encompassing both body and soul. Maneuvers in Light are right!
