Cleaning our auras clears our energy bodies of old filth and dirt which gets trapped in the layers of subconscious willfulness detouring our rightful ownership of our consciousnesses. We are going to conduct our meditations on a regular basis every Monday night from 7:00 – 8:00 PM until further notice. Please contact me if you need any information about attending. Cost is still $10.00 per person.

Always RSVP if coming. If there are not enough people for the meditation on any given night, then I will cancel it on an individual basis as a result of the number of RSVP’s that I receive.

Think about the way that you feel next time you are aware of a particular thought. Does that thought make you feel happy or angry? How does your heart or your stomach or your head feel? Notice your body sensations as you think different thoughts. It is time to awaken.

Choose to think thoughts which only make you feel good inside
And let the other thoughts slide.
We are the only ones taking ourselves for a ride!
