Treating ourselves well
We can all tell
It is the icing on the cake and quite swell
When we all treat ourselves well!
So go from Hell
And expel
What mistreats us as well,
And then your horrendous woes
Can all be exposed
As those
That switch off our flows!
The body knows
Which way It flows
So evermore grows
A-Light in the throes
Of Love from Above and Glows!
Enjoy the throes!

When we all complain
And cannot constrain,
Our compliments wane
And our thorough disdain
Can no longer sustain
Our drain
Of our Heart.
