To remove the hatred and jealousy to
Allow the platitudes to
Complicate you

I like this affirmation for protection for our aura. Use it when you first get up in the morning and before bed and any time throughout the day when you feel that you are losing energy.

Tube Of Light

Beloved I AM Presence bright,
Round me seal your tube of light
From ascended master flame
Called forth now in God’s own name.
Let it keep my temple free
From all discord sent to me.
