There has been so much activity within our energy spheres that Matter (our body) itself is changing! Our light cell bodies are resonating more with energy than what has previously taken place.

All of our energy has been directed to knowing more about Self and why we are here at this time together. When we know more about ourselves, we know more about why we came here and our resistance to learning about ourselves decreases while Higher Remembering increases.

The planet/us has been receiving many new gifts of information downloaded into our neural networks/frequencies of thought and our cells are changing at a rapid pace.

Give yourself a break; taking time out to refresh yourself is necessary to align newer reflexes in our neural network codes of thought. Our brainwaves typically carry more than we know! Enjoy integrating our newer codes of Life/Light!
